What to expect:

You will lie on the full-length Amethyst Bio-Mat which is placed on a Reiki table and you will be covered with a light sheet. You will feel a gentle warmth and relaxation and may even fall asleep. The Dragonfly Cove room also has Bose stereo system for optional soothing music and candles to enhance this pampering experience.
An introductory session is 20-30 minutes with a low heat setting. This allows your body to become acclimated to the self healing properties of the refreshing negative ions and crystal energy. After the introduction, a 20-60 minute session at a higher setting adds the Far Infrared Rays which penetrate six inches into the body with increased benefits to muscles, cells and nerves to help relieve pain and stress and remove toxins.
