Dragonfly Cove: Notes on the Symbolism Contained in the Name
While attending a workshop Reiki drumming seminar in Sedona, our drums received the Reiki attunements and we journeyed to find the spirit of our new drums.
A dragonfly came as this healing spirit, and I found that she symbolizes transformation. The dragonfly is also the keeper of dreams and knower of all potential and abilities.
I have always lived near the water and retreat to a small beach for rejuvenation and reflection. The definition of a cove is a small sheltered inlet; a sanctuary. So, Dragonfly Cove symbolizes a small sanctuary for transformation, a place to connect with your true self and to find inner peace and self-healing.
Welcome.
